Privacy by design

PaperFit processes the photos you select inside the browser or app on your device.

What we do not collect

We do not upload, transmit, retain, sell, analyze, or use source images or filenames for advertising, analytics, model training, or any other purpose. PaperFit has no image database, cloud image history, data-donation feature, OCR service, or external image-processing service.

On-device geometry processing

Selected images remain in temporary memory as Blob, ArrayBuffer, ImageBitmap, and Canvas data. Self-hosted geometry code finds a general rectangular card's four outer corners, removes only the photographed area outside that boundary, applies perspective correction, and places the unchanged card content on A4 at 85.60 × 53.98 mm. PaperFit does not OCR, classify, authenticate, or retouch card content.

Memory and temporary exports

Working image memory is cleared when you replace an image, reset the app, leave the page, encounter a processing error, or remain inactive for 20 minutes. Temporary object URLs are revoked after use. In the iOS app, an A4 export is staged in the app cache only while the system share sheet is open and is then removed.

Files you choose to export

PaperFit exports only an A4 sheet as PDF or image, or sends that A4 sheet to the system print/share flow. It does not export a detected card as a standalone cropped file. A file you save, share, or print is subsequently controlled by your device, chosen app, or print service.

Service delivery and purchases

Cloudflare delivers and protects the site and may process ordinary network and security metadata such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, request time, and edge diagnostics. Image bytes and filenames are not included in those requests. Apple App Store or Google Play processes PaperFit Pro purchases under its own account and privacy terms. PaperFit checks product, price, purchase state, and entitlement with the marketplace but does not upload receipts to a PaperFit account or server.

Permissions

Camera or photo-library access is requested only when you choose to capture or select an image. PaperFit does not request location, contacts, microphone, advertising identifier, or background access.

Your rights, contact, and changes

You may ask about access, correction, deletion, or restriction of developer-held personal information. Because PaperFit maintains no image, account, or activity database, there may be no developer-held record to retrieve. Contact grigent@naver.com. Material changes will be published here before taking effect.

개인정보처리방침

Grigent(이하 “운영자”)는 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 PaperFit 개인정보처리방침을 공개합니다. PaperFit은 사용자가 선택한 사진을 기기 안에서 처리합니다.

1. 처리 목적과 항목

운영자는 원본 이미지와 파일명을 수집·업로드·전송·보관하지 않습니다. 선택한 사진은 범용 직사각형 카드의 네 모서리 감지, 카드 바깥 촬영 배경 제거, 원근 보정 및 85.60 × 53.98mm 실제 크기 A4 배치를 위해 기기 임시 메모리에서만 처리됩니다. OCR, 카드 종류 분류, 본인확인 또는 카드 내부 내용 편집은 수행하지 않습니다.

Cloudflare가 사이트 전송과 보안을 위해 IP 주소, 사용자 에이전트, 요청 URL, 요청 시각 및 보안 진단 정보 같은 일반 네트워크 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이미지 바이트와 파일명은 네트워크 요청에 포함하지 않으며 광고·분석·추적 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.

2. 처리 및 보유기간

작업 이미지는 임시 메모리에만 존재하며 사진 교체, 새 작업, 전체 초기화, 페이지 종료, 처리 오류 또는 20분 미사용 시 정리됩니다. 무료 내보내기 횟수 같은 비이미지 앱 상태는 기기에 저장될 수 있고 앱 또는 브라우저 데이터를 삭제하면 제거됩니다.

3. 제3자 제공, 처리위탁 및 국외 처리

운영자는 이미지나 파일명을 제3자에게 제공·판매하지 않습니다. 서비스 전송과 보안을 위해 Cloudflare, Inc.의 글로벌 네트워크를 이용하며 구체적인 처리 지역·보유기간·보호조치는 Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. Apple App Store 또는 Google Play는 자체 조건에 따라 PaperFit Pro 구매를 처리합니다.

4. 파기와 사용자가 내보낸 파일

처리 목적이 끝난 작업 이미지는 임시 메모리에서 해제하고 Object URL을 폐기합니다. iOS 임시 내보내기 파일은 공유 화면이 닫히면 앱 캐시에서 삭제합니다. 사용자가 저장·공유·인쇄한 A4 PNG, PDF 또는 인쇄 스풀은 해당 기기, 앱 또는 인쇄 서비스에서 직접 삭제해야 합니다. 카드 단독 이미지 내보내기는 제공하지 않습니다.

5. 정보주체와 법정대리인의 권리

정보주체는 운영자에게 개인정보의 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리정지 및 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 관련 법령이 정한 범위에서 지체 없이 처리합니다. 운영자가 보유하는 이미지·계정·작업 이력 데이터베이스는 없습니다.

6. 안전성 확보조치와 자동 수집 장치

이미지의 기기 내 처리, 최소 권한, HTTPS, 임시 메모리 정리, 앱 전환 시 미리보기 가림, 광고·분석 SDK 배제 및 카드 단독 파일 내보내기 제한을 적용합니다. 맞춤형 광고나 사용자 추적 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다.
