Help with ID Paper

Never attach an ID image, resident number, filename, access token, or other personal information to a support request.

Camera and photo picker

On mobile, use Take photo to request the rear camera or Choose photo to open the normal file picker. Browser and operating-system settings control access. ID Paper itself requests no location, microphone, contacts, or background permission.

Detection and correction

Keep all four corners visible, avoid glare, and use a contrasting background. If automatic detection is uncertain, move only the four outer points. Brightness and contrast affect only the generated copy.

Masking and watermark

The app does not recognize numbers. Drag the mask over the exact area you want to cover and confirm the A4 preview. The submission watermark is optional and is added only to the A4 output.

Actual-size printing

Choose Actual Size or 100% and turn off Fit to page. Check available storage and pop-up permissions if a PDF or image cannot be saved.

Privacy

Read the privacy policy and terms of use. A useful technical report contains only the browser version, device type, failing step, and a reproduction using a synthetic sample.

지원 요청에 신분증 사진, 주민등록번호, 파일명, 접근 토큰 또는 개인정보를 첨부하지 마세요.

카메라와 사진 선택

모바일에서 사진 촬영은 후면 카메라를 요청하고 사진 선택은 일반 파일 선택기를 엽니다. 접근 권한은 브라우저와 운영체제 설정에서 관리합니다.

감지와 보정

네 모서리를 모두 보이게 하고 반사를 피하며 대비되는 배경을 사용하세요. 자동 감지가 확실하지 않으면 바깥쪽 네 점만 이동하세요. 밝기와 대비는 생성되는 사본에만 적용됩니다.

마스킹과 워터마크

번호를 자동 인식하지 않습니다. 가릴 영역을 직접 드래그하고 A4 미리보기에서 확인하세요. 제출용 워터마크는 선택한 경우에만 A4 출력에 추가됩니다.

실제 크기 인쇄

Actual Size 또는 100%를 선택하고 Fit to page를 끄세요. 저장이 되지 않으면 여유 공간과 팝업 권한을 확인하세요.
